Through these divisions, Planned provides industry leading janitorial, maintenance, security guard and concierge/doorman solutions to a wide array of clients.

Planned’s portfolio is comprised of over 300 residential, corporate, retail and commercial properties throughout the northeast corridor, with operations currently in seven (7) states – Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.
