Associate Recruitment & Retention
Our associates are “Planned”, and embody our corporate culture. Our in-house recruitment team utilizes our “Hire for Attitude Methodology” to look for associates that demonstrate positive, customer service focused qualities. Once associates that display the “Planned attitude” are selected, then we conduct extensive background checks and screening to ensure the right associate is hired for your property.

Management Support & Reporting
Planned’s extensive management team and support system ensures our clients receive the attention and responsiveness they have come to expect and deserve. To maintain Planned’s high standards, our management associates and operation teams are on call 24/7, ready to address our clients’ needs – day or night.
Additionally, Planned Companies assigns Operation Managers to oversee each property region and its on-site associates. Managers supervise and enforce protocols, making certain our associates are adhering to the standards established and we continually monitor all accounts and associates to ensure the high quality of professional service we provide is retained.
